Shipping policy

Most orders ship within 2–4 business days. We aim to ship your items as quickly as possible. Processing times may be extended during holidays or other high-volume periods and will be communicated on our website when applicable.

Your account will be updated when your order ships, and you will receive an email with tracking information.

Wild Mountain Crystals ships within the US and to select international destinations. All items are shipped via USPS or UPS and carefully packed to ensure they arrive safely. Orders over $65 ship free within the US.

Orders receiving free shipping will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground Economy. International shipping rates and available services are calculated at checkout based on the destination.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed by Wild Mountain Crystals. Once an order has shipped, carrier transit times, customs processing, and delivery delays are outside our control. We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date.

If tracking indicates that a package may be lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist with the appropriate carrier inquiry or claim.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other import fees assessed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order or shipping price.
