Shipping policy

Refer to the announcement bar at the top of the screen for current shipping times. We ship most orders within 3-5 days. Shipping time frame on custom orders will be communicated directly. We aim to ship your items as quickly as possible.

Your account will be updated when your order ships and you will receive an email with the tracking info. 

Wild Mountain Crystals currently only ships within the US + Canada. All items will be shipped via USPS or UPS and are carefully packed to ensure they arrive safely. Orders over $100 ship free within the US.

If you choose free shipping we will use USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground Economy. Please note that shipping times vary depending on where you are located.

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
