Are your crystals ethically sourced? 
Yes. I carefully source each crystal from local gem shows and trusted suppliers from around the world. Ethical practices and authenticity are crucial for the integrity and effectiveness of crystal healing and energy work, as well as personal and planetary healing. Great reverence, honor and respect for Mama Gaia are core values personally and professionally. As a female solopreneur, I truly appreciate your support and honor your investment. 

Do you offer crystal healing sessions? 
I'm developing a few intuitive reading and crystal wisdom offerings that will be released in 2025. Follow Wild Mountain Crystals on Instagram or get on the mailing list to hear about these new offers coming soon.

Can you make a custom sized bracelet? 
If I have the beads, I can make it for you. As inventory is in constant rotation, DM even if it says sold out and I can check my backstock. Message me today to get your special creation on my production calendar. 

Can I choose my own if it says intuitively selected? 
Sometimes it's possible, but not always. The best thing to do is send me a screenshot, circle a few of the stones you'd like. If I have it, it's yours! If not, I can choose the closest option from my available stock. Or send descriptives like pale vs deep colored lepidolite; fire quartz with dense inclusions vs lots of clarity etc. If you see a lot of variation in the product photos + have something very particular in mind, please send me a DM:) 

Do you offer gift wrapping? 
Jewelry comes gift-ready in a jewelry box with a bow. I aim to package all orders attractively so that you receive a pleasant package to open with pretty star themed tissue, washi tape, stickers, and my branded logo cards. All of the bubble wrap + peanuts I use to cushion your crystals for safe travel is clean, reused and/or recycled.

When will my order ship? 
Refer to the announcement bar at the top of the screen for current shipping times. We ship most orders within 3-7 days, and within 14 days for custom orders. We are a very small, artisan company and sometimes there can be a delays as we make fresh product specifically for your order. Your account will be updated when your order ships and you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking info. 

Do you ship to outside of the US? 
We currently ship to Canada, but have discontinued international shipping due to expense, unreliability, complicated international import/export regulations and customs duties. 

Where are you located? Do you have a physical store I can visit? 
We are in Jacksonville, Oregon and do not have a brick and mortar location. 

Are your skincare products Certified Organic? 
SpaGoddess Apothecary was founded on a commitment of purity and excellence. If an ingredient is listed as organic, it is Certified Organic by our suppliers, however our company does not hold an organic certification. 

Do you have samples? 
We do not send out free samples. 

What is happening with the skincare? 
My house and workshop were damaged by a wildfire in September 2022 which displaced me from Mt Shasta, CA to Jacksonville, OR. Recovery has been a long, hard process on all levels. I'm still working to sort through and clean my belongings, and rebuild my life and businesses after the fire damage. Since the fire, I haven't had the workspace to carry on with SpaGoddess on a large scale and it's becoming increasingly difficult. My goal is to continue for as long as feasible. Grace Toner and Jasmine Cream have recently been discontinued. Thanks for your continued support! I appreciate you!
