How are your crystals sourced?
I am committed to responsible and mindful sourcing. While I can’t always trace each crystal back to its specific mine of origin, I carefully source through trusted suppliers and reputable gem shows, prioritizing authenticity, transparency, and respect for the Earth.
Ethical considerations, energetic integrity, and reverence for Mama Gaia guide every sourcing decision, and I personally select each piece with care. As a female solopreneur, I deeply value your trust and strive to honor both people and planet in my work.
Do you offer crystal healing sessions?
I'm developing a few intuitive reading, ascension support, and crystal wisdom offerings that will be released in 2026. Follow Wild Mountain Crystals on Instagram or get on the mailing list to hear about these new offers coming soon.
Can you make a custom sized bracelet?
If I have the beads, I can make it for you. As inventory is in constant rotation, DM even if it says sold out and I can check my backstock. Message me today to get your special creation on my production calendar.
Can I choose my own if it says intuitively selected?
Sometimes it's possible, but not always. The best thing to do is send me a screenshot, circle a few of the stones you'd like. If I have it, it's yours! If not, I can choose the closest option from my available stock. Or send descriptives like pale vs deep colored lepidolite; fire quartz with dense inclusions vs lots of clarity etc. If you see a lot of variation in the photos + have something very particular in mind, please send a message:)
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Jewelry comes gift-ready in a jewelry box with a bow. I aim to package all orders attractively so that you receive a pleasant package to open with pretty star themed tissue, washi tape, stickers, and my branded logo cards. All of the bubble wrap + peanuts I use to cushion your crystals for safe travel is clean, reused and/or recycled.
When will my order ship?
Refer to the announcement bar at the top of the screen for current shipping times. We ship most orders within 3-5 days, and within 14 days for custom orders. We are a very small, artisan company and sometimes there can be a delays as we make fresh product specifically for your order. Your account will be updated when your order ships and you will receive an email with the tracking info.
Do you ship to outside of the US?
We currently ship to Canada, but have discontinued international shipping due to expense, unreliability, complicated international import/export regulations and customs duties.
Where are you located? Do you have a physical store I can visit?
We are in Jacksonville, Oregon and do not have a brick and mortar location.
What is happening with the skincare?
My house and workshop were damaged by a wildfire in September 2022 which displaced me from Mt Shasta, CA to Jacksonville, OR. Recovery has been a long, hard process on all levels. I'm still working to sort through and clean my belongings, and rebuild my life and businesses after the fire damage. Since the fire, I haven't had the workspace to carry on with SpaGoddess on a large scale and it's become increasingly difficult. I have made the hard decision to close the skincare in January 2026.
