How are your crystals sourced?
I am committed to responsible and mindful sourcing. While I can’t always trace each crystal back to its specific mine of origin, I carefully source through trusted suppliers and reputable gem shows, prioritizing authenticity, transparency, and respect for the Earth.

Energetic integrity, conscious sourcing, and reverence for Mama Gaia guide my sourcing decisions, and I personally select each piece with care. As a female solopreneur, I deeply value your trust and strive to honor both people and planet in my work.

Do you offer crystal healing sessions?
Jessica is developing intuitive reading, ascension support, and crystal wisdom offerings. Follow Wild Mountain Crystals on Instagram or join the mailing list to hear about new offerings as they become available.

Can you make a custom-sized bracelet?
Many of our crystal bracelets are available in multiple sizes and are made to order. If the size or bracelet you're looking for is unavailable, please send us a message. Inventory is constantly changing, and we may have additional beads or backstock available.

Can I choose my own crystal if it says intuitively chosen?
Sometimes! If you see a favorite in the listing photos, send me a screenshot with one or a few stones circled. If I still have one available, it's yours. If not, I can choose the closest option from my current inventory.

You can also send general preferences, such as pale vs. deep-colored Lepidolite or Fire Quartz with dense inclusions vs. more clarity. Because every natural crystal is unique and inventory varies from piece to piece and between batches, specific colors, patterns, inclusions, or other characteristics cannot be guaranteed. If you see a lot of variation in the product photos and have something particular in mind, please message me before ordering.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Jewelry comes gift-ready in a jewelry box with a bow. We package all orders attractively with star-themed tissue, washi tape, stickers, and Wild Mountain Crystals logo cards, so your package is lovely to open or send as a gift. Bubble wrap and packing peanuts used to protect your crystals during shipping are clean and reused and/or recycled whenever possible.

When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 2–4 business days, and we always aim to get your crystals on their way as quickly as possible. Processing times may be extended during holidays or other high-volume periods and will be communicated on our website when applicable. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information.

Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed by Wild Mountain Crystals. Carrier transit times and delays are outside our control once an order has shipped.

Do you ship outside of the US?
Yes! We currently ship to select international destinations, including Canada, Mexico, Japan, Singapore, French Polynesia, New Zealand, and Australia. Available shipping services and rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other import fees assessed by the destination country.

Where are you located? Do you have a physical store I can visit?
Wild Mountain Crystals is located in Jacksonville, Oregon. We are an online business and do not have a brick-and-mortar retail location.

What happened to SpaGoddess skincare?
My home and workshop were damaged by a wildfire in September 2022, which displaced me from Mt. Shasta, California, to Jacksonville, Oregon. After several years of recovery and operating without the workspace needed to continue SpaGoddess on a larger scale, I made the difficult decision to close the skincare business in January 2026. I'm incredibly grateful for the many years of support and for everyone who has continued with me into this chapter of Wild Mountain Crystals.
