EXCHANGES + RETURNS

All orders are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know immediately so we can help resolve the issue.

Photos are often up close to show fine details, and crystals can look larger than life on a computer or phone screen. Please take note of the weights and measurements provided in each listing and consult a ruler if you are unsure. 1" = 25.4mm

Report any order issues to us within 7 days of receipt. If you received a damaged item, report the issue within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos of the damage. If the outer package was damaged, please photograph that as well. We require photos in order to properly assess and resolve damage claims. Please contact us with full details and your order number.

DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED

If tracking shows your order as delivered, but you have not received it, we recommend checking all possible delivery locations, including mailbox, porch, side doors, parcel lockers, building offices, household members, and nearby neighbors, as misdeliveries and delayed deliveries do occasionally occur.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient. We do not offer refunds or replacements for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier.

We do not offer replacements or refunds for incorrect addresses. The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

Packages returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect address will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee, minus any shipping charges incurred. If you received free shipping, we will deduct the amount we paid the shipping carrier from your refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

International orders may have customs fees assessed at the destination. The customer is responsible for paying any customs fees upon arrival.
