EXCHANGES + RETURNS

All orders are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.

Crystals and gemstones are natural materials, and each piece is unique. For intuitively chosen items, listing photos are intended to show the range of colors, patterns, inclusions, and other natural characteristics that may be present. The individual stone you receive will have its own unique appearance, and characteristics vary from piece to piece, from one side of a stone to another, and between batches. For individually photographed items, you will receive the specific piece shown.

Natural mineral inclusions, surface textures, small pits, internal fractures, irregularities, and other unique characteristics are part of the character and natural beauty of crystals and stones and are not considered defects. Product photos are taken under bright professional lighting to accurately show detail. The appearance of natural stone may vary under different lighting conditions, and colors may also display differently depending on individual screen settings.

If you have a strong preference for a particular color, pattern, inclusion, or other characteristic in an intuitively chosen item, please contact us before ordering. We're happy to consider general preferences when available, but specific characteristics cannot be guaranteed.

Photos are often taken up close to show fine details, which can make crystals appear larger on a computer or phone screen. Please take note of the weights and measurements provided in each listing and consult a ruler if you are unsure. 1" = 25.4 mm

Please report any order issues within 7 days of delivery. If you received a damaged item, report the issue within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos of the damage. If the outer package was damaged, please photograph that as well. We require photos in order to properly assess and resolve damage claims. Please contact us with full details and your order number.

If a return is authorized due to a fulfillment issue on our part, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label when a return is required.

All authorized returns must be shipped within 14 days of return authorization.

For all other authorized returns, merchandise must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If the order received free shipping, the actual shipping cost paid by Wild Mountain Crystals to ship the original order will be deducted from the refund. Any applicable restocking fee will be communicated when the return is authorized. Refunds are processed after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.

Please contact us before sending any merchandise back. Unauthorized returns, or returns shipped outside the authorized return period, may not be accepted.

DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout or by the shipping carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped, carrier transit times and delivery delays are outside our control. Wild Mountain Crystals does not guarantee delivery by a specific date and is not responsible for carrier delays. Carrier delays do not qualify an order for a refund or cancellation.

If tracking indicates that a package may be lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist with the appropriate carrier inquiry or claim.

DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED

If tracking shows your order as delivered, but you have not received it, we recommend checking all possible delivery locations, including your mailbox, porch, side doors, parcel lockers, building offices, household members, and nearby neighbors, as misdeliveries and delayed deliveries do occasionally occur.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient. We do not offer refunds or replacements for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier.

We do not offer replacements or refunds for incorrect addresses. The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address, the merchandise will be refunded after the package is received back, minus a 15% restocking fee. If the order received free shipping, the actual shipping cost paid by Wild Mountain Crystals to ship the original order will be deducted from the refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

International orders may have customs fees assessed at the destination. The customer is responsible for paying any customs fees upon arrival.
