Shipping 

We offer free domestic shipping on orders over $35 unless otherwise specified.

Our main goal is to deliver your crystals safe, sound + sparkling. All of our shipping materials are either reused, recyclable, or biodegradable except the packing tape.

Order processing times are usually between 3-7 business days. Check the banner at the top of the page for the most up to date info. You will receive the tracking either via email or text depending on what you chose at checkout.

Packages are shipped from our Weed/Mt Shasta, CA location, depending on weight + package size via USPS + larger boxes through FedEx or UPS.

We're in the mountains! Literally in the weeds, in a very small community + our post office has limited hours. Sometimes there are road closures, weather delays or natural disasters like being evacuated due to wildfires that are beyond our control. Please order ahead of any major holidays.

We pack our crystals with the utmost care. As such, we cannot be responsible for items damaged, broken or delayed/lost/stolen due to the delivery services.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for incorrect addresses or for packages updated/scanned as delivered by the carrier. However, we will do our best to help resolve any such issues.
The customer is responsible for supplying the correct shipping address. Packages returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect address will be refunded minus 15% restocking fee, minus any shipping paid. If you received free shipping, we will deduct the amount we paid USPS to ship your order from your refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded. We do not offer refunds or replacements for incorrect addresses.

Returns + Exchanges

Returns + exchanges are not accepted based on crystal characteristics or on change of mind.

Crystals + Stones are natural minerals each beautiful and unique in pattern + crystalline composure; therefore no two crystals will ever be exactly the same. Please be aware as natural objects they’re appearance can vary from the images shown + they may contain tiny fissures and/or pits. Please expect to find inclusions + beautiful markings within the crystal itself. Our carvings + cut/polished crystals are made to show the beauty of a crystalline structure rather than looking like glass. Please be aware that crystals are natural creations of Mama Gaia so they will never be absolutely perfect but rather perfectly imperfect.

Please inspect your order upon reception + contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue + make it right asap.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), essential oils, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


We do not offer refunds or replacements for incorrect addresses. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

All items purchased from Wild Mountain Crystals are carefully packed with love + care. Each item is thoroughly inspected before being packaged + sent to all of our customers. We use a variety of clean re-used bubble wrap + cushiony packing materials to ensure your crystals arrive safely. However, accidents may occur during transit on rare occasion.

For breakages + exchange requests, please email love@wildmountaincrystals.com with your order number # and a photo along with your inquiry, within 3 days of you receiving your package.

Refunds + store credits will be issued at the discretion of Wild Mountain Crystals. All refunds are made through the payment method of the original purchase. Once we receive the item, we will begin to process the refund within 7-10 business days + we will notify you once the refund has been processed.

Please note Wild Mountain may or may not reimburse return shipping charges on refunds or exchanges (this is determined on a case by case basis). Wild Mountain Crystals bears no responsibility for the loss of an item being returned, which is why we recommend using priority mail to return an item. Wild Mountain Crystals will not be held liable for items that are sent back broken or damaged, and may or may not process the refund/exchange if we receive a damaged item.

If you received free shipping with your order, know that we are paying the USPS $5-$14 or more for large pieces. We offer free shipping as our gift to you, as a way of saying "Thank you! You are appreciated!"
