EXCHANGES + RETURNS
All orders are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know immediately so we can work resolve the issue.
Photos are often up cose to show fine details and crystals can look larger than life on a computer or phone screen. Take note of the weights and measures provided in the listings and consult a ruler if you are unsure. 1"=24.5mm
Even with natural plant-based ingredients, there can be allergen risks. If you are sensitive to specific allergens, please refer to the ingredients list to ensure that you will not have a reaction.
We do not offer refunds on any products due to general dissatisfaction, allergic response, or if a product does not resonate with your skin.
Report any order issues to us within 7 days of receipt. If you received a damaged item report the issue within 3 days of receiving your order, include a picture of the damage. If the outer package was damaged, please photograph that for us as well. We require a pic of the damage/issue to better serve our customers in the future. Contact us with the details, including the order number.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for incorrect addresses or for packages scanned as delivered by the post office. The customer is responsible to provide the correct shipping address. Packages returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect address will be refunded minus 15% restocking fee, minus any shipping fees paid. If you received free shipping, we will deduct the amount we paid USPS to ship your order from your refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
International orders may have customs fees assessed at the destination. The customer is responsible to pay any customs fees assessed on arrival.

Discount codes and promotions cannot be combined or stacked upon one another; only one can be used per order.
NATURAL SKINCARE INGREDIENTS
SpaGoddess Apothecary is a small, ecologically conscious company. We source Certified Organic, Ethically Wild-harvested + Fair Trade whenever possible. We do not use any GMO raw materials. All skin care products are vegan except the butters + balms which contain organic beeswax. All ingredients listed "Organic" are Certified Organic raw materials from our suppliers. We are 100% Cruelty Free and absolutely against animal testing.
Even with the most natural of ingredients allergies are possible. The customer is responsible to be aware of their own sensitivities. We are not responsible for your allergies and sensitivities. Please choose the smallest sizes for your first order and do a patch test on an inconspicuous area before using on your face if you have sensitive skin.
PRIVACY + SECURITY
Wild Mountain Crystals will never sell or share your personal information. Orders and personal information are encrypted using Secure Socket Layering (SSL) so that your privacy is protected. Your credit card number is transmitted directly between the issuing bank and credit card processor. We do not receive or keep any banking or credit card information.
Our blog contains links to affiliate sites, and if you purchase something from our links, we will receive a small commission from the sale at no additional cost to you.
WEIGHT + MEASURES
Weights and measures are approximate. We do our best to provide accurate weights and measures. Our personal care products are made from natural raw materials and may vary slightly accordingly. We reserve the right to make slight adjustments to our recipes according to the availability of high quality ingredients.
